My climate control button lights are out on each side. The red and blue arrows and the "auto" buttons. These are the only lights out around the screen and radio. I have tried replacing the interior lights fuse as well as switch out the bulbs behind the buttons but they are still out. Anyone have this problem before that can help out? Thanks

There are small incandescent bulbs behind those buttons, and eventually they burn out. All of the "fade-able" button and switch lights in the dash are subject to this failure. This is happening more frequently as these cars get older.

The only fix is to replace the bulbs. To access the center module, the front console will have to be disassembled. There are disassembly instructions on here if you do a search. If you go in to do any bulbs, you should do them all, rather than have to repeat the process when the remaining bulbs go out.

The TL interior bulbs suck ass. When I replaced a few bulbs the first time, the ones I replaced worked but the climate control ones went out as soon as I turned the lights on LOL. At least the driver's side climate control lights randomly started working again but the passenger side is still out. Now it's uneven GRRRRR!! Now today I switched out the steering wheel control bulbs and what do you know, As soon as I turn the lights on I find that the HFL button lights are not working hahaha......
