Bumper color doesn't match car

I've had a 2005 white diamond pearl TL for about a month now. I've noticed and others have too, that the back bumper color doesn't really match the car color. The bumper is darker and it's really obvious where the bumper meets the rest of the car near the back tires. Any others have this problem?

No, it's just you...none of us other WDP owners (or AM owners) have this problem at all.

Yes, most of us have it. Do a search, you'll see numerous threads on the subject. And the degree to which the paint differs varies, too...my mismatch isn't that bad compared to others I've seen. I can notice it, but most people don't.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve just noticed that TLs of other colors don’t seem to have this issue. I just seem to focus on the color mismatch every time I look at my car. I haven’t looked at other WDP TLs. I will have to do that to see how off my color really is…

If you look at some of the pics in the photo gallery and the tire/suspension subforums, you'll see tons of pics of WDP and other TL's. Team WDP has a photo album out there (you can get to it from the Team WDP thread) with a bunch of members' cars. I think WDP is the most mismatched color...I've seen a few folks with AM complain, too...not too sure about the other colors, but I think most of them are ok.
