Brand new Battery Dead in 24 hrs

I own a 2007 Acura TL Type S 6MT. I've owned it since 2013, been a great car. Recently purchased another car so I don't drive my TL as much as I used to. Noticed that after a day of no driving it would struggle to start. If I didn't drive it a few days I would have to jump it. Alternator is good, puts out 13.7V - 13.8V to charge battery. So I got a new battery at NAPA, top rated on consumer reports. Installed it, let it sit for a week, it fired right up. Drove consistently for about a week and then let it sit about 5 days, barely started. Drove it to the grocery store(2 min away) was inside about 30 min, came out started no problem, got gas, came home. Put a volt meter on it (car was turned off) said it was 12.9V, I hooked up the ammeter and there was only 3.5uA (10^-6 amps) being pulled from the battery which is nothing. Next morning, would not start, volt meter showed ~2.5V. Now, I have an aftermarket stereo that I installed, with a 2F cap in parallel with battery. Two Rockford Fosgate P3D4 10" subs and a P1000X1bd amp running them and nothing else. When I installed it, there was a bunch of echoing feedback and had to disconnect both the bluetooth phone microphones in front and back which fixed the problem. Never had any problems with the stereo that I can recall. So I disconnected the entire aftermarket stereo with not even a wire going into anything, got the battery charged up again, dead soon after. Took my battery in, they gave me a new one that was at 12.77V at the store. Got home, installed it, let it sit for a week, down to ~2.3V. It's hard to believe that I've gotten two brand new batteries in a row that were bad. I would like recommendations on common things to check for power drains. Only thing I can think of is to pull fuses and use the ammeter to check for any parasitic drains. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

HFL is common. do a search and you'll see many threads about that being the main culprit.
