Brake pedal sensitivity
it seems like mine you have to push down on the pedal a little harder than usual to stop. can you fix the sensitivity on the brake pedals. on my 07 civic i barely tap it and it brakes (which i like better)

Full of water...
how old is the car? how long have you owned it? when was the last time the fluid/pads/rotors were replaced?
i love how my brakes feel, but i have never driven a Civic so i cant compare.

They have always felt normal to me. Remember, it's a 3,500lb car, not a 2,900lb car. They can make the brakes feel anyway they want but most people that buy TLs don't want grabby brakes.
If everything is in good working order (no air in the lines, booster is working fine), try some different pads.
If you can find pads with "GG" in the part number they will be much more powerful for the same pedal effort. Stock pads are "FF" which is the friction coefficient cold and hot. The only issue is finding a GG pad that's not a full race pad.
Hawk HP+ would probably be the least aggressive, most street friendly GG pad.
My Rotora H6 pads are on the very high end of a GG rating. they're almost a GH pad. If you can get the H6 pad for a stock braking system I highly recommend them but they will occasionally make noise.

I just changed my rotors and pads today, now the brakes also do not grab as my old pads. feels very mushy and I have to press the pedal about 50% more than i use too. I like how my brakes were before, so I will try to bleed the brake line, but I did that after everything was installed. Any other ideas if re-bleeding doesnt work???

As you noted, I would first bleed the brakes very thoroughly. One thing I would recommend is going to stainless lines. The rubber stock ones do tend to expand and these lines do not do that. I am not a certified mechanic but can guarantee this will help tremendously unless there is another underlying issue with your braking system. Do not go cheap on the brakes because you will only pay for it in the end. I have found over the years that spending the few extra dollars for a minor upgrade or better part will make you extremely happy and save you in long run. That is my opinion for whatever it is worth being noob 3G TL owner and noob on this site.
