Bent Valves - list of items to be replaced?

A few weeks ago I had a mishap and accidentally shifted into 2nd instead of 4th which resulted in the engine rpm shooting north of 8500rpm. Other than a slight misfire, the car ran perfectly fine with almost no loss in power. A little while later the CE light came on, and the codes that came up were P300-P305 (Random Misfire, Cylinder 1-5 Misfire). Was 99.9% positive I had bent some valves so I parked the car.

Had my friend do a compression test, and the results were as follows:

Cylinder 1 - 122
Cylinder 2 - 110
Cylinder 3 - 170
Cylinder 4 - 170
Cylinder 5 - 170
Cylinder 6 - 225

With that said, heads will come off to have the valves replaced and I will cross my fingers that there isn't any other damage. Just wanted to confirm the parts I will need to replace while I'm in there, so here's the list that I have. Would appreciate if anyone can point out any major parts that I may be missing:

Front Head Gasket Kit (06110-RDB-A02)
Rear Head Gasket Kit (06120-RDB-A00)
Exhaust Valves (14721-P8E-A00)
Intake Valves (14711-PGE-A00)
Head Bolts
Aisin Timing Belt Kit

I had my 105K done 35K miles ago (car has 137K), and had the Valve Cover Gasket/Spark Plug Seals and Cam Seals replaced. Should I replace these again?

Any advice/guidance would be much appreciated.

I wouldn't replace the VC/cam seals or plug seals unless they obviously need to be replaced. The only thing I would think about replacing along with what you have mentioned would be the valve locks, maybe the retainers, but I'm a conservative person I suppose.

I'll look into that. Any other suggestions?
