Battery Draining AND alarm not arming/chirping/lights flashing when locked
Hello everyone! I come and browse these forums every now and again, but first time posting and could really use some help. I've owned my 2007 Acura TL Type-S for 3 years now, and love it, except for this recent problem I have no idea where to start!
At some point a few months ago, I really don't know when or what caused it but my car STOPPED chirping as well as the lights going off when I locked the car with the factory remote. Not only that, but I recently realized that the car battery is slowly draining. If I drive the car within 24 hours there is never any problem, however if I don't drive my car for 2 or 3 days, the car is DEFINITELY dead. I have had this happen twice to me now so I have confirmed that there is a medium/slow battery drain going on. I remember when it first stopped chirping I thought that I had changed the settings to silent or something, but I have checked those settings in the HUD and they are all at default. I don't remember exactly when it stopped working, if I had taken it to get an oil change, or it just randomly stopped one day, etc.
A little more background on what I have tested from what I've read on here:
1. All the doors and the trunk switches DO in fact work, as when I am in the car the HUD display tells me they are all open/closed when tested, so it's not a stuck switch that isn't closing the circuit from the door/trunk.
2. I do have an aftermarket stereo. I am using a Line 6 audio unit with a JL Audio 900/5 with a W6v2 and some Focals in the front. I have checked that the amplifier is shutting off when the car is turned off, and it is DEFINITELY NOT on.
I don't know if these issues are separate, but I imagine that they are related. Please help me!!!!
Thank you so much.

I will also add that when this first happened, I replaced my Stinger 1200 battery with a new one(because it was 3-4 years old and I thought it was the problem). So I have a few month old fresh powerful dry cell battery in there, so it's not some janky old stock battery.
Check the status of the HFL(Bluetooth) unit as to your battery issue.
Check for a large draw 40 minutes after shutting off the car-- the HFL is programmed to stay active for 30 minutes after shut-off. If there is a large draw, it's probably the HFL.
You can also check the HFL status in the MID when the car has been running for a bit-- if the MID indicates the HFL is "booting up," the HFL is likely bad and draining the battery.
With regards to the chirp-- check the hood sensor: see tl.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=902348
