Automatic Transmission Shifter base gasket

Hello, I have a 2006 TL and I need to replace part number 54716-SEP-A83ZB Garnish, Escutcheon. It is the trim piece around the Automatic Transmission plate that says Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, etc. I need to replace it because the gasket underneath there appears to be coming out from beneath the trim piece. To pop this trim piece off do I just take a flat head screw driver and pry it off or is there more steps to this process? Can anyone point me to some installation instructions for this part or if you've replaced this piece before have any guidance?

Thanks in advance
