Anyone with a greddy evo II exhaust please help me! pics!

Anyone with a greddy evo II exhaust please help me! pics!

Whats guys any one with a Greddy evo II exhasut i need some help, as you can see from the pictures i will post on rubber thing on the left side of my car were the greddy hangs is hanging to the side when it should hang down. ( in the first and second pic). But on the right side of my car it hangs down as it should be, now im not sure weather they need to hang from the side of down but im sure its down, my problem is since the left one is hanging to the side whenever i hit a bump the muffler hits the bumper or a spec kit and annoys the shit out of me, but on the right side their no is no niose at all, how do i get the left side rubber hanger to go down i tryed everything ( the last three pic are from the right side)












Please guys help me out its soo annoying...

im also thinking maybe its a factoruy defect since i tooked off the exhaust hanger and put the rubber hanger down and tryed clipping in the exhaust hanger in but the exahsut hanger was way out of place ..please dont tell me i need to weld and crap.

If I'm looking at your pics correctly, it looks like the left side hangers are not pushed completely through the rubber gromment. Remove the gromment and grease the 2 holes, the hangers should slip through the holes and look like the right side hangers. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Ok, evenm if i push it all the way threw it still wont go down, i took to a shop to see fi they could do it and they said it needs to be cut short ( the exhaust part ) and welded back to make it shorter so it will go down.

Sometimes i have seen those exhaust hangers get bent in shipping and sometimes you just need to bend them. From these pictures i cannot asses the whole situation so i do not know 100% if that is your problem. I don't think they would make the hanger too long. Get a second opinion
