I have an 2006 manual TL with ~75K miles. I have a annoying clicking sound whenever I first get into the car and whenever I lean on the back of the seat (going downhill, pulling out of my garage, stops and go traffic). I can replicate it every time by pulling myself forward and then leaning back onto the seat. The bolts where the seat bolts to the car are tight. This is the second time something like this has occurred. The first time the seat was moving forward whenever I braked and the dealer said the seat was loosen from its tracks. Can I take it back to the dealer to fix this since they have repaired (?) this problem before? If not, will my extended warranty cover this? Any input appreciated. Thanks

There is a TSB out for this and yes, it would be covered under warranty. I'm sure the acura extended will cover it as well...not sure for an aftermarket warranty.

The TSB number is 07035, released June 30, 2007. I believe it applies to all 3G TLs through 2007. You can also try and fix it yourself:
