Amp change now radio dark and AC blowing high

I just had my generation 3 05 TL amp changed out and now my radio is dark, the clock is blank and the A/C is running on high. Any suggestions?

and it has drained the battery. i just attempted to start the engine and the battery is no longer charged.

Whomever did your install shorted something out.

that was it. blown fuse!!! replaced the fuse and radio is back on!! along with the clock! The battery was no longer good, but it was 5 years old, but i guess somewhere it did blow a fuse. So only a new battery and a cheap fuse. so glad it was not something more!!
