Alternator or battery or me!!

Hi Folks,
Just wanted to run something by you guys before going to the stealership. I have a 07 TL-S with 23k on it. Today I was out on a 100+mile trip. While stopped at a red light( after 50 mile highway cruise) I noticed that when I hit the rear defogger switch the engine tone changed just a bit. It was very very subtle but noticeable. It was about 20% of what you would feel when you switch on the A/C. I could repeat it by locking/unlocking the doors. I also realized with the change in engine tone there was a subtle change in feeling in the gas pedal too when I hit the lock or switched on/off any accessory. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? Is the battery on its way out or is it a weak alternator putting load on the engine even with just switching on the accessories?? Lastly, I was considering the ground connections as well. Does this warrant a stealership visit?
Thanx
Rick

I vote yes for dealer. Stuff usually does not fix itself. Battery is known to not be very good. Nice warranty though.
