Alarm goes off for no reason

The alarm on my 05 tl keeps going off for no reason. I was having the same problem about a month ago and replaced the battery and hands free link which I was told was causing the problem but it keeps happening...thoughts??

Is there problems with any door sensors? Not sure what else may be causing it.

Doors or trunk sensors should be checked. If you're around car when alarm is going off check if the dome light is on- that could indicate a faulty door sensor. My money is that your problem is with the trunk sensor- it's integrated with the latch mechanism. I guess you could open the access port in the back seat and see if the trunk dome light is one after closing the door?

I've had this problem with my 06 civic. It was the hood sensor, replaced under warranty and never had a problem again.
