I bought a 2008 Acura TL that has been engine-swapped with a J35 Type S engine along with the ECU, I am getting a CEL "Fuel Pump A Control Circuit/Open P0627" which won't allow me to pass emissions. I've already taken my emissions test knowing I would fail to buy more time. I want to know if the car is throwing this code because of the engine swap/ECU and if it is can I get a Ktuner/Hondata flashpro to switch off the code to pass emissions or is there something wrong mechanically?

Type S is different electrically from the base TL. Try using the base TL ecu.
