I just want to let all of you know of my experience with Acura. I brought my 06 TL in for service last week to repair the loose seats, the side mirrors, and the window squealing. They didn't fix the seats and told me that it was normal and to live with it. They did fix the side mirrors. They told me that they have a little fix that they use. Either way I do not care, they are fixed and I have documentation on it. For the windows, they just siliconed something and I do not have the squeals. I also was not presented with a rental car and my wife and I had to sit there for 2 hours for them to do nothing, really. So yesterday I had made an appointment online through Acura for another deal to have the seats repaired and I get there, and they do not even have me on their schedule and they stated that they would only look at the issue. I am just sooo pissed over all of this. I called the original dealer and left a long-winded vm complaining so now I am waiting to hear back from them. What do you think? I can go on and on about this but I won't. Need advice people.

acura dealers do sucks when it comes time to put factory warranty to use.
its best to file a complaint to acura client services too and let them know which dealer you dealt with. They will listen and fix it after

Driver Seat loose
After 3 tries, the dealer is replacing my driver side seat track to fix the loose seat issue that I was originally told to deal with and they had no fix for. I even showed the service dept. the Acura bulletin for my issue and they said their was no relationship to my issue and that bulletin.I even called Acura Customer Service to complain. Now they are smooching where the sun don't shine. Thanks to all for the input.
