AC not cold, compressor clutch engages??? Has freon...

hey guys i own a 2005 acura tl with 65k miles. a few days ago i tries turning on the ac with no success. when i turn ac on the compressor runs, along with the condenser fan. the readings i get from my manifold guage are 75 on both high and low. it has pressure just not alot. i have tries adding freon and it wont take it. ive treid the search button and it seems like no one has the same issue. anybody with some experience plz help me out. thanks

When operating, the low side should never be 75psi.
