My brother in law recently purchased a 05 tl at a auto auction. Apparently they stole the lights on the car and spliced up the wires connecting to the headlights. They also stole the dvd in the back trunk. Now my issue right now is the Touch screen in the car does not turn on. Could it be because of the navigation drive from the trunk is missing? I'm sorta new to all of this thus the reason for asking.
