So i have a golden opportunity to get two front and rear black and gray type S seats off an 08 TL. My question is, will they fit. I don't want to lose memory seats, heated seats, or air bags. My seats started to tear on the seats earlier this year and it has been bugging me. I'm going to purchase the new seats by monday, but I was wondering if anyone has done this swap successfully yet. Also, what do you guys think i can sell my 04 seats for? The driver bottom has a few tears on the seat, the passenger has one tear, the rears are in great condition minus the usual wear and tear. They are all in black. I'm more interested in the first question than the second. Thanks in advance.

 

For a starter, I believe the '04 has an unique bolt pattern on the front seat(s), even different from the '05.

I believe there were changes between '04 and '05 due to the passenger airbag sensor.
