speed sensor?
If it was in a front end collision shouldn't it been fixed by the repair shop?

It was bought at a salvage auction, so no repair shop

Maybe the cluster itself ?

Is the ECM still in the car? Does it run?

Can you put a battery on it and turn the ignition to the ACC spot and maybe it'll reset itself?

The cluster itself works off a serial communications network that runs through the car. There's actually a test to check the cluster range that can be entered, there's a thread on how to enter the mode somewhere here.

My guess is it lost power at about 50mph when it was in the front end collision and the cluster probably froze there.

The ECM is currently in the car, and when I put the key into ACC, car does not start, I've been told that it could be an electrical fault, or the immoblizer system it self caused it to lock up.

Are you trying to fix this car or salvaging it for parts?

Does anything in the car have power when you have the key in? Lights/windows does anything work?

Any chance the collision happened on the front driver's side? How does the engine bay fuse box look?

Im trying to fix the car, When i have the key in i can get the hazards lights to work and the brake lights to work aside from that everything else is dead, the accident mainly was on the front passenger side, as for the fuse box it looks alright no damge or anything to it.
