So I did the intake resonator delete and I purchased an aftermarket velocity stack instead of the factory one.. The throttle responses is great and pulls nice 1st and 2nd gear but falls on its face on 3rd gear... My top end is ruined now.. What could it be?

also, you might want to try resetting the ECU.

also, please explain what it does in third gear.
"falls flat on its face" does that mean it doesnt accelerate any more?

does it not go into vtec?

It's a regular blox velocity stack...

The car is basically not touched other then the stage 3 exhaust... It's automatic.. I hear vtec and it climbs in rpms but it doesn't feel the same... I did the ecu reset with the pedals inside the car... Ill post a video now..

you're also leaving out a lot of details..
you just made another thread stating in which your car doesnt like to start.

it is IMPERATIVE that you state ALL details.
solve your starting problems first, then come back and look at this problem

So I took it to the autozone and checked the charging system.. Battery is brand new but starter took a crap... Left it at the dealer getting fixed... Does the starter after how the car performs?

The starter spins the engine, thats about it. If its not being powered, it has zero impact to the vehicle aside from its weight.

The video appears to be about what I'd expect. This is not a fast car.

I didn't see that little gear indicator in a TL before. I suppose I was never in an automatic TL before. For some reason i'd think that would be neat in a 6MT.
