2007 Acura TL - Transmission Problem?

2007 TL w/ 103,000 miles.

Thought I heard a weird noise when pulling into my parking spot. I put the car in reverse and it did not move much and made a noise as if it was stuck.

Restarted the car and similar experience... Waited 5 minutes and now everything seems normal???

Thoughts Acura forum? I am not a handy person. Should I just let this go or is this something I should take into the shop immediately at the onset of something like this happening?

If it was me? I'd bring it in. That's definitely not normal...

Turns out the rear driver-side brake pad, rotor, and caliper was shot and had to be replaced ...
