2007 Acura Tl Battery light on,Alternator Tested Fine

I have a 2007 Acura TL with the battery light on. I have driven like this for going on 2 days now. 40 to 60 miles a day. I went to Advance Auto Parts and had the charging system checked and both the battery and alternator were showing up fine with and without a load. Good cca and charging the battery fine. They also checked the alternator connections with a voltage meter. And cleaned the connections. Is there any input out there? Don't want to buy an alternator if not going to solve the issue. Thanks

Ironically, my 2006 TL is doing the exact same thing. The starter, battery (new), and alternator all checked out fine. It is at the Honda dealership at the moment so I'll let you know what they say. I suspect my case might be related to my newly installed iSimple Bluetooth functionality.

Just got news from the Honda dealer that my alternator did indicate that it was failing and the HandsFreeLink had a short circuit (seems to be common with this generation) and is constantly draining the battery even when shutoff. My troubles all started with a completely dead (new) battery and that's why I went and had the battery, alternator, and starter checked for functionality. All checked out fine and three days later the battery light came on and I evidently have a constant drain on the battery from the HFL. Your situation might just be a bad alternator that is seemingly failing intermittently.
If your curious, I was quoted $390 for the alternator installed and $490 for the HFL installed. I'm going to get the alternator and see if they can just disconnect the HFL until hopefully something comes of this... https://consumerist.com/2016/08/04/c...aining-defect/
