I have shit speakers, so I can't isolate the noise, but do you hear the idle noise after the engine is up to speed? What oil and viscosity are you running and what oil, viscosity and mileage did you just drain?

I could not hear anything either through my speakers. When you put the car into Neutral does the rattle go away? If yes, your motor mounts may be bad or they may be binding.
Check them for damage, if they are all good finger tighten the bolts, and neutralize the mounts by repeatedly shifting between reverse, neutral and drive (check service manual for exact procedure) and then tighten mounts to proper spec.
Also the TL's interior tends to have a few rattles that can be fixed easily with some foam and duct-tape!

I have been hearing the same sound from my 05 TL. It sounds like something is loose under the hood. The only time i hear it is when i am at a complete stop in Drive w/ my foot on the brake. It's a very faint rattling sound.

Not sure if its related but I heard a rattle sound coming from the engine when in reverse. goes away after I drive the car. at first I thought it was the tranny going out but turned out to be the engine mount on the right side passenger. chagnes it out with labor for about 100 bucks.

Sorry, can't access video at this time.
However, given age of these cars now, my guess would be a corroded exhaust heat-shield, typically around a catalytic converter that rusts around fasteners and metal hits metal under engine running/idling conditions. You'll hear a rattle or tink-tink sound.
