08 TL steering rack leaking

Does anyone have any advice on what steering rack I should buy to replace the current one?
Does anyone have a link to a good instructional to replace it?
does anyone have experience with this and have you used any power steering leak stop, etc?
Thanks!

A lot depends upon what you might want for steering feel. As I understand it, the 2007 and 2008 base TLs had the lightest/most assisted steering of any of the 3G TLs. If you like the light steering, then go with an OEM replacement. If you want something stiffer, get the pump and rack from (in order of softest to stiffest), a 2004-2006 TL with an automatic transmission, a 2004-2006 TL with a manual transmission, or 2007-2008 Type-S steering components.

rockauto.com. They have good rebuilt units at decent prices. Whatever you do, don't use that stop leak stuff!
