'07 TLS Slow Start + Pinging exhaust + rough idle

So I have an 07 TLS. It has 79k on it now, bought it with 75k.

Symptoms include.
Laggy start - It tries to turn over but can take from 5 to upwards of 10 seconds to finally start - worst when cold
Pinging exhaust sound - don't hear it coming from the motor just out the back of the car
Rough idle - acts like it wants to die

Car previous had 4 misfire codes and a SRS light.
SRS light is still being looked into.

Battery and charging system has been tested and is all working fine.

Just took the car back to Acura to argue with them again that my car is misfiring. No misfire codes have returned since being cleared.

Misfire determined to be on all cylinders. Coil packs swapped out and apparently all working fine. Not sure on the date for spark plugs? Valve adjustment done yesterday.

Car still has laggy start (seems almost worse)
Exhaust still making the same sound.

What else could this be?
Acura wants me to go to a muffler shop.

Two videos where you can kind of hear it.

Take a look at the EGR valve:

think the EGR valve would cause the exhaust to sound like that?

Easy enough to look at the EGR valve, but I can't access the video.

If the idle is rough and slow to start I would check the vacuum lines. Look around the intake manifold and throttle body for any loose lines. You have to remove the intake manifold which includes the throttle body to perform a valve adjustment and if it got worse afterwards then this could be a possibility and hopefully they or whoever installed new upper intake manifold cover gasket and lower intake manifold gasket(where the intake bolts to the runners). Before replacing your coils did you notice any of them with oil around the base where it sits on the plug? Assuming when reinstalling the valve covers after the valve adjustment new gaskets were installed, which would fix the problem if you did notice any oil. If no oil was present i would inspect your plugs. For your exhaust to me it sounds like you have a exhaust leak or something is in the way of the exhaust flow such as the flex pipe material is falling apart or something like a baffle within the muffler etc..
