07' TL Center Dash Noise/Metal Vibration
Hi
There is a what sounds like a metal vibration coming from the center dash area, possibly near navi and stereo screen. Also maybe by the center dash speaker. It did only happen when going freeway speeds, but now I have heard it on surface streets. I have taken it to the dealership 4 times and they have made adjustments but nothing has been solved, of course the noise doesnt happen with tech's in the car. It doesnt happen it seems until the car has been driven for 15-25 mins or so. Any suggestions is very much appreciated!
Thanks!

I believe I have the same thing. I'm thinking with mine, its the center speaker. because when I drive on ruff roads I can hear a rattle in the center speaker. I saw on a thread that someone took out the center speaker and puts some felt or padding on where the speaker meets the metal or something.

Not a problem. this may help you out. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/fix-center-speaker-rattle-3g-tl-garage-f-079-a-551865/ its talks about removing the center speaker and placing foam tape to stop the rattles. Some people used a flat head screwdriver by placing a cloth item at the end, or you can use a butter knife. I've never done mine yet.

You are the best! I am printing out that whole page and taking it to the dealer. Thankfully they seem willing to help. Not to sure that I can do this myself. I am a girl and handy but would die if I screw something up. How do you find the the service bulletins? Thanks again so much!
