Ive done the 3X3 flush on my 08 TL-S auto but is there anything else I should do to keep the trans shifting correctly? I know on 2G TL's trans shift solenoids are common. Anyone elaborate on a 3G TL trans? Also is there a internal filter on these transmissions?

Might want to invest in a external trans cooler as well.
Planning on adding one myself. I'll do a write-up once I complete it.

 

The Type-S already has an external trans cooler. Base models only have it integrated into the radiator.
