'06 TL alarm issue
for some reason my TL's alarm gose off at night at about 1:30 am and i have no idea why, any input is welcome.
infact im actually up cuz the alarm wont let me sleep. it really sucks can some let me know how to fix this.

I had the same thing happen to me. I took it to the dealer and left it with them until it went off. This is how they trouble shot it. Leave the car sitting, when the alarm goes off go down and look at the display in the dash. If it says one of the doors is open or the trunk and they are not it is the switch in the door or the trunk, what ever is showing. If nothing is showing it is likely the hood switch. My dealer charged my $115 to trouble shoot it, loaner car, and to install the hod switch.

I tried to change out my battery before I took it to the dealer. Money well spent as the stock battery had very low CCA. However it did not fix the issue. Since the new hood switch it has not done it, roughly 8 weeks. I dropped the car of early Monday morning and they called me Tuesday and said it had gone off around 1pm and took about 45min to diag. and fix. Picked it up at 5pm.
