'05 Transmission issues :( Broke CV Axle shaft on right side, same issue on the left?

So.. the right CV axle shaft snapped a month ago. Car has been driving fine after having it replaced.

Now, I'm fearing that the left one is starting to go. It's a 5spd Auto.

Here are the symptoms:

- Slow speed breaking produces a knock sound under my feet
- When the wheel is turned to the left in reverse and then shift into drive, it makes a loud clunk/thud sound. Does not happen on the right side when the wheels are turned right
- Slow engagement from stop to accelerate. I feel as if I hit the gas, it could snap the axle or disengage the axle from the transmission.
- Slow acceleration seems to be okay but if I push the gas, I feel as if it's not engaging
- 2nd gear or higher at 60kmph is fine.
- Only stop then accelerate causes slow engagement.
- Left LCA and shaft is really rusted.

What can I do? Change transmission fluid, replace solenoids, and filter?

Going to take it to my mechanic tomorrow and see if he can find a problem/have him replace the noids/fluid/filter.

Sounds like suspension or motor mounts.
