05 TL way too MANY issues; possible electrical; probably possessed

I have a 2005 TL that I'm pretty sure is a lemon. I bought her used 3 years ago & it would probably be easier to tell you what HASN'T been fixed (or still needs to be fixed).
Background info (no clue if pertinent)
What I know is wrong & NOT fixed
-transmission is trashed... automatic with sportshift Was told clutch plate.
-rack and pinion

Current issue: Random Malfunctions
-Intermittent power door lock malfunction:
1 randomly selected door will unlock fine, but not lock (or vise versa but 1 function always works) for a few days then, POOF, it will magically fix itself. After a few weeks or months, issue returns BUT on a different door! has happened on all doors but only on 1 door at a time. Occurs with keyfob & door buttons
-Intermittent power window, auto function:
Whenever the mood strikes, the '1 press' auto up or down function will not work on 1 of the front windows. Has happened to both Windows but never at the same time. The window still works when holding the button. This happens less frequently than the locking issue
-Car won't start unless a slight left turn pressure is applied to steering wheel & will only crank on 3rd keyturn. NO ONE can start her but me! They all try. I've had it in several ACURA dealer shops & they've tested relays & did whatever else they did to tell me that it should be working & it's the damndest thing they've ever seen. I typically have the whole shop surrounding me when I'm escorted to my car to start her up.
-sideview mirrors will randomly turn inward then click like the button is being held. Usually while I'm driving. Both at the same time. Problem seems to be corrected when I fiddle with the controls to put them in place. This happens in clusters of several times in a week then not again for 6 months
-Battery needs replacing about once a year

Any thoughts?

Sorry but I had to laugh when you said you have the whole shop surrounding you for escort to start this damned car, reminds me of a BMW I once owned.
i would first suggest replacing the battery and dissconnecting your HFL. The fact you have yearly issues with battery means your HFL is killing the batteries and your issues are weird enough to be a low voltage from damaged batteries.

Any thoughts?
1) Power Door Locks - Seems like the door lock actuators are going, but it's hard to pinpoint which one. I also understand that the driver door lock controls all the others so that may be causing the issues. There are definitely forum posts about fixing this issue though.
2) Power Window - Auto Up/Down - There is a way to calibrate the windows when they act up. It's in the 3G TL forum somewhere so you'll have to search as I can't recall where I saw it.
3) Starting Issue - I'm not sure about this, have you tried replacing the starter? Maybe another member can chime in on this.
4) Side View Mirrors - This is a common issue with the Mirror Actuators - Either replace them, or just take them out and re-grease them, that should fix any issues you're having with them.
5) Battery Replacement - The standard thing to do is to check the draw on the battery when the car is off and then pull each fuse to see what is causing the draw and diagnose from there. A common issue is the HFL unit that will go bad and continue to draw even when the car is off. Usually a give away for this is the HFL will always be in the state of "Booting Up".

All of this information is already available on this forum, as I've read it at one time or another over the last few years. So it's definitely a good idea to do a search and see if you can find any information already available. Good luck!

Edit: To Add - as the above member said, a lot of these issues can be caused by a bad battery. Especially since some of them are intermittent. That might be the first thing to look into.

All your issues (except transmission) stem from the last thing: battery. See what is causing the drain on your battery.

Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate your time and expertise.
I have spent many many days and hours on this forum and have tried several things to no avail. So... After 3 different Acura dealership service centers, at least a dozen different independent mechanics, & numerous "well, we won't know until we try it" attempts to resolve the issues, I decided to post & see if anyone knows what to do. After that, I guess my next step is an exorcism

In Response to your suggestions...
HFL has been disconnected for years. I do have an aftermarket bluetooth adapter that has always been temperamental... Professionally installed & re-inspected by several shops since installation.
Actuators were checked, cleaned, and/or replaced after the last battery replacement.
Starter was replaced less than a year ago.
Fuses have also been checked and have been ruled out.

The latest suggestion from the Acura shop is the multiplex could be the culprit causing the starting issue. I'm not entirely convinced, mostly from info from this forum, & thought I'd get other opinions b4 I replace my whole fuse box cuz of the MICU.
