Exclamation '05 TL dies at 70 MPH and squeaky back seat over bumps

I have a 2005 TL AT/Non-Nav that died while driving back from Harrisburg to Cleveland.

Engine Stall Situation:
Cruise control locked on 70 mph. Going down the backside of a steep hill when the engine losses power then stalls. No lights appear in the cluster and power steering and electrical are not affected. I pull to the side and try to re-start but nothing happens. I wait for about 15 mins and it fires right-up. I work for an Acura dealer and I had a diagnostic run but no codes were stored.

Squeak:
There is a consistant squeak coming from the rear passenger seat. It occurs in warm weather when I go over any size bump in the road. I ran with the windows down last weekend and the noise almost sounded as if it was coming from the exterior of the vehicle.

Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues before I let the service department tear apart my baby.

1) Yuck... Dangerous AND Scary. I suspect fuel (or water in it). That's where I'd check.

2) Swaybar bushings are shot/need greasing.
