04 tl headlight BULB question...please help!
i was just wondering if anyone knew how to change the bulb without taking the bumper off. i can reach thru the wheel well and actually grab the wiring to the bulbs directly behind the headlights. has anyone simply changed their bulbs and know how to do this? are the bulbs clipped in or am i supposed to twist them out? i worked with a 07 tl and the setup is different and alot easier, these models twisted out and the actual turn signal is in the mirrors so theres less to reach for, the 2004 model i find that there is more clutter. i would be deeply thankful for any help!!!

If you are talking about the headlight bulbs, it's identical for all 3G TLs. You'll need a tamperproof T20 (I think) Torx to get the cover off. Then twist off the igniter/harness, then unclip the bulb and remove. Passenger side is easier then the driver's side, due to the intake. Unless you have a cold air, then it's about the same ![Tomato](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/tomato.gif)
You made mention about the turn signals? Again, all 3Gs are the same setup(twist out) and location, just a different bulb depending on if it's an S or not, etc. The 07/08s just additionally have a turn signal assembly in the mirror.
