The car has about 50k on it, it drives and shifts fine but on say a full out 0-60 run (hard acceleration) the 1-2 shift seems to shift a little soft, like the clutch slips a little bit before the tires spin, is that average in a TL? It shifts fine and runs very good but it doesnt seem to like agressive shifts? In other hondas ive driven the clutch will bite pretty good on the 1-2 shift, but in this car it seems reluctant to chirp the tires going into second (VSA swtiched off) is this normal or is there somthing wrong?

Check this post out about the clutch damping device (CDD). It is designed to soften the engagement of the clutch and is thought to be the cause of what you are may be experiencing
