04 TL 6MT Caliper peeling

Just got an 04 on saturday and noticed the front passenger Brembo is peeling. Looks like the clear coat has failed. Think I could just re-clear the caliper or is it powdercoated? If I cant do anything, I'll just deal with it, it's got 110K on it and its clean as can be except for that.

Any suggestions? I will try to get some pictures later today when the car goes up on the rack at work!

wow, sorry to hear that. mine are still under 30k miles so i wouldn't know. hopefully you could find someone that could just do a quick spray for you.

Brake fluid leaking onto caliper will take the clearcoat right off!!

my 04 has the same problem....the clear coat just seems to give out after a while but you can sand them down and repaint them with some hightemp paint....its on my to do list....
