Yellow Fogs Are IN!!
Well, I bit the bullet and bought the bulbs finally. I ended up getting the Polarg bulbs per a lot of people's experiences. They are definitely briter, better visibility in fog and on dark roads, and since I put them in, no one has flashed me yet!!
Anyways, here are some pics, man is it hard to capture those bulbs next to the HID's.

i too have nbp with yellow fogs. the other day i let my girlfriend drive my car and i noticed from a distance the yellow fogs look strange, almost as if one is brighter then the other. i started a thread but no one responded who has changed their bulbs. if you get a chance and/or trust anyone enough to let them drive your car, drive a little bit ahead of them and see how the yellow fogs look. i think they may point different from one another and its something you dont notice with the stock bulb. id like to think its only cause the housing wasnt designed for a colored bulb and not that i have defected bulbs or even worse a defected lamp housing. =(

looking closer at your pictures, in the full front end shots i notices yours also seem like the driver side bulb doesnt give off as much glare as the passanger side. thats exactly what i noticed on mine. call me crazy and say its the angle of the car in the pics but look at the hid it gives off glare from the same position and the fog doesnt. strange

Stupid noob question .....
I'll be picking up my TL in a few more weeks so pardon the obvious question,. is there a separate switch for fog lights? or are these just high beams?

Thanks for the comments! I'm trying to figure out a way to get these to run without the HID's, and so far the only proven method is to buy a DRL unit. I got some ideas in my head, i'll probably try them out next week. I got finals this week!
They are Polarg Bulbs, ordered them through a local dealership for about $60. 1 year warranty too!

2 9006 sockets, some wire, a switch, inline fuses, relay.
run power from the batt, switch turns the relay over to pull power from batt......leave stock sockets out.
done....
I will try to do this when I get some time. Shouldnt be too hard, and would look 100x better with the fogs on separately.

I almost wonder if you could take a positive from the parking light socket and run it to the positive on the fogs, so the fogs would see power any time the parking lights are turned on? This way, it would still go off with the car and no chance of accidentally leaving it on.

You are correct sir. Those are the exact ones! Price was pretty close. I got a bit of a deal from my guy at the dealership, so it was like $61 with tax. Thats still not a bad price though!
