anyway, did you guys use a spring compressor? i did my coilovers last night and my friend showed me a video on youtube of what happens when spring compressors fail, and another accident when you dont use one. im like thanks dick LOL

I had to compress Steve's Neuspeeds just a little bit to get them on the Koni's, but that was for the fronts only. For the rears I just had Kevin push down on the tophat while I put the washer and nuts on.

THANKS! Those are just 07-08 lower grilles, i love them, I have hid fogs to go in there too they just arent done yet. Those 07-08 grilles are easy to put in you just have to trim them a little bit to fit in there. lmk if you are interested in getting them and I will post up the part #'s for you

is it pretty simple for the install? i'm sure it takes time, i'm just a meticulous nut... want to make sure nothing gets nicked, scratched etc, lol. I'm really thinking about the Neuspeed cup kit, but i want to make sure the ride isnt too harsh for CT streets.

its probably the best spring/shock kit for the price, although its gone up to 699 shipped now (got mine for 599). Still not a bad deal for the koni's. The ride isnt too bad either. I'm on full plush still and on the lowest perch. I'd get them again if I had to

just ordered H&R sports with Koni Yellows...i don't think i'll have them before i head to Japan on the 24th. maybe we can plan the install sometime early august? i think i have the 4th 45th and 6th off from work!
