Work Wheels 19x9.5 19x10.5

Not sure if anyone is running 19x9.5 on the front and 19x10.5 on the rear. Thats my setup and I plan on stuffing them under the fenders with the car slammed. I'll post more pictures up later on.

I chose this blurry pic on purpose. Oh yeah the wheels are the Buring Black wheels on 2nd to the far left. The 5 spoke wheels.

Yeah......I does look like he pulled and rolled the lip, considering do that process on my next ride......so I can get that aggressive drop.

I didn't have to pull any fenders to make it fit. I believe that 10.5 on the rear is as agressive as it will get without having Air Runners or pulling the fender.

Yeps with the correct offset. The rear is actually lower now. I centered the wheels at the show and the rear didn't settle as nicely as I wanted it.

Ok the car looks good..........but why would you run a staggered setup on a FWD car? pure vanity? The guy in the civic-s is gonna be laughing at you in his rearview mirror.

Seeing 10s and 10.5s on the rear of TLs makes me want to order 2 19x10 TE37s for my car. It just looks so good. And yeah what offset are those in the rear?

#3 you only have to raise one end of the car to do a rotation!

I went with a staggered setup just because of the look. The staggered lip on the wheels just outweighed all the cons of running staggered wheels on a FF in my personal opinion. I just wanted to go as agressive as possible without any major fender work.

I'll never get why people desire wider rear wheels/tires on a fwd car.

I guess it looks cool, but anyone who knows anything will knows its just for show.

Those must be pretty high offset to fit 10.5's for the rear. Most likely over 50mm I am guessing. So are you running 19x9.5's for the fronts??

Its not like running all 19x8 is going to make your TL burn a vette' off the line, or outhandle an evo @ the track.

Think of it like this...

19x8 = asian super model (90lbs, B-cup, true model)

19x9.5/19x10.5 = Euro super model with double D's and some figure

Yeah, those fruity judges would pick the top one, but HONESTLY, which one looks better

Really cant compare what we were able to do to cars years ago compared to now. Back in the days cutting your springs on a corolla 1.8 was the thing to do in the hood and who cared about kidney damage and ride quality. Now the consumer and especially most people who deal with top of the line wheels such as Work do their research first and if you go to a certified Work dealer they are very knowledgeable in the car and the wheels. In this case where Mr. Comptech purchased his wheels the dealer is extremely knowledgeable in the TL and its capabilities to not lose form over function.

wider wheels in the rear decreases UNDERSTEER in a FWD while conering.... how's that for a thought process...
