Work in progress, what do you think? Any advice would be great!

Im a fairly new member here at Acurazine but sense Ive joined Ive gotten a couple ideas from the website and have gone to work. Let me know what you think and any new ideas.
Ill be updating every now and then with new stuff.

Im thinking about smoking out the headlights just like my taillights this week, what do you think? (Gotta get the headlights cleaned first of course, I got them like this from the dealer when the car was purchased )

Here it is from when I first got on Acurazine:

Debadged and (black trim did it yesterday, finished tday):

Front bumper trim and grille painted, did it yesterday and finished it today:

5% front and side windows, need to do the back window next weekend (also going to be 5%):

50% front windshield:

System (Kicker L5's 12 Solo-Barics):

Greddy Catback Exhaust System:

And the last picture just cause it looks nice:

Let me know what you all think and any suggestions would be great!

The next thing I would do is make your own custom headlights. They've made the biggest difference on my car. Oh and how do you like the greddy catback? Is it too loud? I was thinking about getting one as my next mod.

the greddy's been treating me very well, the only thing is if you dont enjoy being loud the entire time your driving then youll probably want to put in an aftermarket resonator cause there is quite alot of drone in 2k-3k rpms... even that isnt that bad and it doesnt sound like a ricer at all, sounds clean and smooth..
i myself kept the original piping that comes with the package and i wouldnt put a resonator on it mainly cause i love the way it sounds as is.
for those asking, i got the car completely stock and have slowly built it up.

does anyone know how to switch out or delete those yellow blinkers on the headlights?

Drop is always the first thing i do to any of my cars. Dropped on stocks look way better than a-spec kit at stock height.

im trying to gather the money to get tein, but its a heck of alot of money.. im considering putting 19's on it which might compensate a little for not dropping it but im not sure what im going to do yet, this weekend im scheduled to tint that back window to 5% and clean up those headlights, and next week take it in to paint the headlights and 2 front side markers...

drop before wheels. trust me. Also fix that mark on your bumper. Not really feeling the grill the way you got it painted. The front emblem looks like just a black circle now. I do however like the dark ass tint and the blacked out emblem on the back.

First of all welcome!

The TL is looking good but nothing really flows. When I first got my TL I was randomly buying parts left and right for it not thinking about how everything would look once they were put on the car. Try to think of a theme for your car and then base your purchases around that theme.

Personally I would clear the headlights and taillights instead of doing them black. Doing that would help everything flow nicely. Then if you wanted to do black wheels or something along those lines it would look better. Also consider the A-Spec kit before getting wheels. Even though it may not sound like much now, it truly does change the whole attitude of the car.

when you get the rear window retinted, tell them not to cut around the brake light like it is now. even with 5%, you'll see the light just fine. i used to have 5% back there so i know. also the way you have your grille now, i would black out the cross bar too. it stands out to much in my opinion. congrats on the car. def pimp for a youngster like yourself.

why is that teins are everyone's first choice? Is it lack of knowledge that there are other coilovers out there or teins are just the brand name that everyone has come to know as being coilovers. Any ways if i were to purchase coilovers it would be megans.

Megans SS FTW

LOVE EM!!!

BTW clean car , good progress but DEFINATELY! b4 you do any more modding, you must drop that shit. even a drop on stockies always looks good. Oh and consider a camber kit (ingalls) sooon after you drop, it will prevent any unwanted tire wear. thas my

good luck and welcome

Not a fan of the flat black or black Acura A. I'd have blacked it out and left the A chrome for contrast.
