Rear - 19x9.5 ET38 with a 245/35/ZR19 Continental Extreme Contact DW (no s)

I actually specified the wheels to be a 38 offset front and 41 offset back but of course they messed up but i'm not complaining.

Not only do i need to shine my tires I also need to wash my car I refuse to go with teins too many problems with them. I was totally going for eibach pros because their coils are progressive type and their reliability is a major plus. Too bad can't adjust dampening. Then I was going for the variants but ultimately the price was too good to pass up on the megans. Got 32 level dampening adjustability and it comes complete and seems to have a very good review. Price tag was $816 not including shipping. Can't really beat that compared to the choices I had Din't slam it since my driveway has an incline.

Nice progress! I'm not feeling those wheels and I'm not feeling the reflective tag hanging from the left exhaust tip.

Yeah, what is that tag on the driver's side exhaust tip? I've seen that before on another can and thought it was a glitch in the photo. Rims look great!

Love the car.

Wish I could say the same for the wheels, though.

lol. That tag sticking out from my left exhaust is the safety check as seen here before.

Here's another shot of where it was placed before. You might also notice that the threads are different cause my left side was fucked by the custom shop that did my tires so they gave me one in the mean time to use while they ordered my tires. They replaced it for free so i'm good with that. This is another shot where I put the the safety check sticker before. But since I put on the kit I did not have any idea where to put it at the time till I have time to custom another plate so I can placed it better. Likely will place it center. For now this is temporary lol.

As you ya'll can see this I do have tints. Might be hard to tell but it's actually 29 percent the lowest you can get for this state. But here in this pic when I rolled it off the showroom I had 5% tints all around. I had to get it legal since my good friend is a cop and the police station is right down my street. His boyz always stop me till I roll down my window and they see who's drivin' they let me off easy. Since they always have to go with the motion of pretending to write me a ticket when other cops pass I thought I might as well get it legal. This is the 5% tint before. My back window currently is 20 percent. Illegal still but not ussually not checked when I get my safety check. They mainly check the sides only.

Really? That's funny ... I've had Teins for over three years, and not once did I ever have a problem.

Did you decide to stretch your tires simply for aesthetic reasons? With an offset of 38, you have plenty of clearance

Maybe your teins are some of the few that got away lol. Even some members in this forums have issues. Along with the many google searches for reviews on teins vs megans, eibachs, ksport... Reviews such as http://my.is/forums/f89/tein-ss-review-300413/

I wanted to stretch it for aesthetic reasons. Even if you say plenty of clearance lol. Wrong! Haven't rolled it but the front can only go lower maybe a quarter to half an inch more and that's all she wrote before I can only go straight. heheheh. Turning the wheel after will rub like hell. Unless I only plan on going straight then yes. Otherwise the back can be dropped alot more. Maybe if I have time this weekend I'll lower her a bit more. I studied the driveway and i'll side her if I lower her just a little more I should be ok going sideways

Here's more shots. Hope I have time to drop her more this weekend.

Interesting info on tein ... hrmmm will look into some more

As for the clearance issue, hahahah yes yes it is nice to be able to make turns without any rubbing ... miss those days T__T lol I'm running 18x9, +15, dropped little over 2 inches

The price for style I suppose

Nice body kit but I'm not feeling the wheels either. You should get a set of 19" Ron Jon Inspyres.
