What do you guys think? (Pictures Galore)
Sorry, I should have made the title "noob pictures galore".
I hate the sun half shining down on my car and the shade is covering half the car. Oh well.
Just went to check my mailbox and found that my sharkfin antenna arrived from SharksBreath.
NOTE: Canadian TLs from 04-06 DID NOT come with XM so we have no antenna or anything on the roof.
I found it really empty up there and HATE the emptyness and envy all the pictures of your american TLs with the antenna.
That being said, this antenna serves NO FUNCTIONALITY therefore it would be what you guys would call a "ricer mod" because I'm "posing". I don't really care though, and it only costed me $30 so what the hell. If you guys have hard feelings about it, I can just resell it because it was packaged in a way that you can just open it up and put it back in without anyone knowing.
The antenna is in black, though.
Should I go ahead and just paint it SSM?

First off, I'll show you guys my A-Spec suspension height.
Note, the front passenger is still on the stock suspension since my pinch bolt broke. So my passenger side is higher than my driver side even though I installed the rear passenger A-Spec.

GP...look, if you like it and you want it there, who gives a damn what anyone else thinks. It's not like you're wearing a Type S badge on a Base TL.
If you're going to paint the roof black, leave it black. If you're leaving the roof silver, make it silver.

I'm always paranoid if the guys at the dealer or something would laugh at my ride. I'll be leaving the roof silver, so I'll try to get the antenna painted SSM soon =)
About the drop, I like the subtle but definitely noticeable drop from the A-Spec suspension. The front and rear (on the driver side) have a fender gap of 2 fingers. Maybe in the future some lowering springs with the A-Spec shocks?

The pinch bolt is killing me and coming home at 8:30PM every night of last week and this week does NOT help.

I felt the same way about a drop (as you do). I got the H&R Sports Springs and accomplished just that.

I like the bare look of the roof [with a roof spoiler it looks even better].
But this doesn't look bad at all actually. I say be unique and go for the install.
And... If you install it, it'll just make it that much easier to identify your car. Sort of a plus for other Aziners, imo.

Nah they're old Michelin Pilot Sports which I need to replace in the next year or two.
My snow tires (Blizzaks LM-60s) are on my stockies heheh
I should really put the snow tires on right now (I remember I put them on the start of November last year).
The only reason I'm holding it off is because snow hasn't hit yet, and I wanna keep the A-Specs on as long as possible and take pics of it with the drop from the A-Spec suspension hahah but stupid broken pinch bolt is delaying my plans.
When you gonna post that thread of yours?!?!?!? hahah

GP, if you stay with the pod on the roof, all the Canadian TL owners will be jealous-they'll think you've got something they don't.
In regards to the H&R Sports Springs, they only cost $245-excellent money spend for the results!

Car is looking great as usual. One of the cleanest TLs here I think. Done just right.
On the antenna, can you not order an OEM one and stick that on? OEM FTW!
Nice pics of the A-Spec suspension also. I might consider that at some point.
