I like it. I now have a true WDP cousin. Here's what I would change, though:
First, those headlights; they must be cleared out for this look to work. Keep in mind I use the term "work" relatively, as many on this forum don't like the way mine came out.
Second, I would do something with the fog lights and replace them with bulbs that are a truer white. The yellow-ish hue takes away from the look.
Third, and this might be the most obvious, is take off that front bumper license plate. You have all this smooth white, then this eyesore black piece sticking out of it all. At the very least, I would consider a chrome frame. I know it's probably illegal where you're from to remove your front plate, but it's illegal in my neck of the woods, too, and all TL drivers do it (yeah, all five of us).
I've never been a fan of the honeycomb grill that comes on the TL-S, and I can't say for sure whether the white makes it look better to me. On WDP, you probably did the right thing, and it's probably what I would have done.
Keep in mind that the opinions of most of the people on this forum are coming from the perspective of people who are trying to make their cars faster/sportier. This is not a sporty look; this is elegance and luxury. It never hurts to check my progress page to see where my baby was compared to where she is now. Night and day difference in my opinion, and for the better. Some people just fear change.

I love the grille. As for the bumpers, I personally feel it looks kinda

Me personally, I like the black-out on the rear fascia, giving a distinct shape to the TL. I would've kept the mesh on the grill black and the rear fascia black as well - the white is just too overdone. Makes it look like you grabbed some white out and went to town on all the black areas.

I'll stand by my original comment that I like the way it looks.
My only suggestion for that front end other than clearing out headlights and getting some whiter bulbs for the foglights is that I'd probably add some chrome to the lower air dams. I think the TL-S comes with chrome down there anyway, so you might just throw it back on. I think it would look good, and since you and I have similar tastes when it comes to WDP front ends, you might like it, too.

Go to your salesman. These plugs should have came with your car when you bought it. You should also check the trunk where the spare tire is (some dealers put them in there when prepping for delivery) Also they might be in your glovebox, but I would assume you would have noticed them already. If you had NBP I'd send you a set, but sorry to say you're on your own!

^^ once u white u know its right...haha but u know the grill on the bottom by the fogs doesnt look bad, the nack shoulda stayed black, as for the front grill..im not to fond of it. but over all the car flows with u..ur a girl..if it was a dude he would be gay!
