It was only like $260 cause I didnt get the serpentine belt, I already replaced it. Today I took off the old bumper, stripped all the plastic parts off of it and tossed it in a dumpster. I also rewired the lazer jammer that got messed up when he ripped off the bumper. I tried to get the bumper today but the shop was closed, guess I have to wait til Monday... I also painted the middle piece of the 2 black side grilles, I think it looks pretty good- heres some pics:

nah, hes not gettin in trouble with the cops cause he admitted to it and had the note in his truck that he was gonna give me when he saw my car again. Im not mad at him, I made money on the deal. His insurance will go up though

I got the new bumper on, it fits pretty good- not perfect cause its not OEM, but Im happy with it and it was only $200. So my total repair cost so far is $200 for painted bumper and $60 for the stuff under the bumper that broke. I still need a headlight though but Im winning one on ebay for $70 now
