Trying to improve my photography skills (NBP)

Well, here's my car...

1. 3 photo HDR with Photomatix Pro, exp -2,0,+2

2. Not too happy with this shot. The sun came out to ruin my shot!

3.

4.

5. Probably my favorite picture...

6.

7.

8.

Thanks for looking.

I've always loved gunmetal A-specs on NBP TLs. The combo looks really good in person too.

^ Yeah, at first, I wasn't too sure about them... but after having them on my car for awhile, they've really grown on me.

Thanks!

Just an FYI. Mine are darker than OEM since I had to have them refinished. Still a hot look though... and the fact that they are 8.5" wide help too

Thanks. I'm glad some people are easier to please than others! Haha (no offense to the photography guys. I do appreciate your c&c).

Yeah color matched grill is the way to go. One of my favorite mods to date.
You can adjust the exposure compensation on your camera. Flip thru your manual.. it'll be in there. BTW, I take all my pictures in JPG+NEF so in case I want to post process.

I have been trying to get some good shots of my car with my Canon digital but I am convinced that taking pictures in the mid-day sun is not the way to go. Too much sun reflection and the difference in the paint shade of the bumpers shows up like a sore thumb.

What have others done to get around these issues?

Yeah this shit takes tons of practice. I took some today after the rain and... well, the location sucked but the car itself turned out better.
