Very nice color! Nice price too, luckily the jambs won't look too funny since your car was already gray before. Post more pics when you can.

You should've bought the A-Spec lip kit before painting the car so you could've painted the lip kit too at the same time.

What kind of clear used? Love the color but scared that youre going to have to repaint after a year or so. That place doesn't look ideal for a paint shop.

OMG. Lol.

You can see a 30 foot section of building and assume that's where they paint? Obviously that's where they do the tail end of things. The two amazing paint shops I know look worse then that OUTSIDE the actual paint rooms and oven. Hell, best painter I know does it in a barn.

I say in for more pics. Looks good. Can't say I would have gone that color though.

Looks great! What made you decide to spend the money on the repaint? I agree an A-Spec kit would have been a great addition.

Paint was fading and chipping...plus with all the dents and the hood/fenders spider webbing...i had no choice...i took care of the paint but i guess the previous owner did not....the paint on the hood and fenders had to be removed completely because of the damage

This.

Car looks really good as is. No need to go tacking on body cladding. And that color is possibly the nicest I've seen on a TL!

Such a pretty color. Awesome choice man! Depressing that the previous owner raped the hell out of the paint.

If you don't like the Aspec Kit, you might consider a RonJon kit....

Nothing ruins a paint job like cutting corners. If anything not doing the jambs just lowered the value of the car.
I like the color though.

IMO it looks a lot more aggressive than stock, and for under $800 (plus paint in your case). But as always, everyone is entitled to their opinion and as long as you like it, kudos! Much love.

The car looks incomplete without the body kit. At least you are happy with the paint.
