Wheels?

Im looking at 2 rims. both are 20 x 8.5". wrapped in 235/30 /20 tires. just have a question..which will look better cause one set of rims has n offset of +38. the other set im looking at has a 45 offset. Byt the way i would post pic to get ur opinions of what would look better on a balck 06 TL but dont know how to post pix. So the two rims are TIS 10 or the Dub Inzane rims

what is the difference if a wheel is 40mm and a wheel is 35mm? can you see the difference? is it...the higher the number, the more the wheel sticks out? just wondering.

Great looking TL's in here.
I sold my 19" Privat Netz yesturday and am about to step it up to 20"s. It's just a little harder to do (and look right ) on my 2nd gen.
I'm trying to pick between these 2 wheels

and

(I've actually test fit the Menzari wheel on my TL before with a 225/35-20 and it looked pretty good)

Some of them look ok.. Some look a little.. gawdy and blingy.. I don't think "dub" and "TL" should be used in the same sentence though =/

20" konig hotswaps 245-30-20 nitto invos.....just couldnt come to terms with staggard fitment on the front wheel drive, I travel with my companys drift team and they might just kill me if I did that even though it looks great.
