Nice drop and rims.....your front lip spoiler must be scraping on everything because I have trouble not scratching mine on the stock suspension!

Very nice job bud...

I love the shave decklid...

Very very nice look on the blacked out grill... (who did and how??? if I may ask)

I'm still debating wether to do Eibach Prokit 1" springs or go full-bore into coilovers...

Nice look to yours though...

Thanks guys. i took off the bumper and grill then took it to a shop and had it painted.
I think you should get the coilovers because springs will make your front end highr then your rear. You can also adjust the stiffness and height when ever you want.

if i'm not mistaken, the coilover goes on the shock, or by full do you mean it completely replaced the current spring and shock?

WOW !!! that looks great, I was going to drop my car with some springs, but it seems like coilovers are a better route to go. How low did you drop your car?

Yes the car looks low but it really isnt. I drive pretty karzy and i havent scrap on anything YET. I really think you guys should plan on getting the tein coilovers over the a-spec suspension. Its only about 200 differents between the two. And you can do much more with the tein. Its height adjustable and has stiffness setting. A-spec will only drop you car one inch and when you have rims on. The front will look higher then the rear. my.02

How much of a drop and what is your tire size, and rim offset?

A+
I really like no badges on the back; when you pull up from the rear, most won't know what it is?

Sorry guys, Done and itstalled was about 950 cause i know the shop. tein for the TLs does not come with the upper pillow mount. YOu will have to used your stock ones. Its drop about a lil over 2in in the front and 1.75 in the rear. The wheels are 19x8.5 with a 39 offset.
and the SHaved A.. I have gotten alot of people staring at the car and walking up to it wondering what kind of car it is at the malls or resturants. I had a guy waited in his car with his wife till i got out the resurant to ask me what kind of car so they can go check it out.

if i'm not mistaken, the only difference between the basic and the SS is the amount you can adjust it right... basic is only 8 way adjustible and SS is 16 way?

The Basics are only height adjustment, no damper adjustment.

Your ride looks great!! I love the painted front grill, as the stock one stands out a bit too much on the NBP cars.

One quick question on the Teins, it is mentioned that they are adjustable, but does not go into detail about HOW they are adjusted!? Can the suspension be electronically adjusted from within the cabin, or does the adjustment entail access to the top of the struts? I had Tokico 5 ways on my old car and loved having the ability to adjust the ride, but hated having to do this manually.

I tried searching the Tein website (which is absolutely horrid and looks like a 3 year old with front page put it together) but did not have much luck.

Keep up the good work, your car is truly unique!!

I am 99% sure that the Teins have to be adjusted for height manually. (If he had a EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) he could adjust the damping or stiffness of the ride from within the cabin). I do believe that the height must be adjusted from the top...which can be a pain in the ass for the rear coilovers as you have to access it through the back seats.

I agree with everyone else though Nguyent281; you have an awesome looking ride.

Hey nodoze.. PoochaKannInc is right. I will have to adjust the height manually if i want to raise it up. But as far as the the damping. If i dont get the EFDC box. I will have to adjust it by hand also.
