All the winglets on the front and the diffuser aren't my thing (way too many angles and lines going on back there). But I like the trunk. Just paint the lip spoiler too. Then mate it with a black hood and roof vinyl.

White trunk until you get a CF hood and/or paint your roof. As is, it doesn't flow.

I think i'm going to do a community response for this post.

..thanks for everyone's input and feedback about the trunk. It seems there are a lot of differing opinions about what to do with it.

At this point, i'm not exactly sure which way to go with it.

Options are:

A) leave it be
B) swap the white trunk back
C) swap the white trunk a install a cf decklid and roof diffuser
D) leave the black trunk and paint the roof black, install atlp roof decklid, painted white to match trunk decklid
E) ?

 

I would Go with D) but all the options will look great including how it is now, your car is amazing.

And what the hell new rear diffuser? Looks even more detached than the other one lol. And I see you have the same one as your bro.

darn.. I thought the rear diffuser was wide enough to reach the ends of the aspec rear...

here's a pointer... see if you can find a CF guy near your area that can cut the diffuser in half and make a flat CF panel that you can rivet to the current rear diffuser and have them mount it on top of the cut... should be I guess 1foot wide and 1foot long that should do it...

as for swapping the trunk... dude fuck that leave it as is.... worry about dropping the blower back in

I would say keep the black trunk if you were to keep your hood black.

Otherwise...seems a little out of place IMO.

I miss the carbon fiber hood and the red tails, but its lookin fresh.

 

yeah man the car looks good but doesn't feel the same or as aggressive without the black roof and carbon hood. you need to get that redone and a new hood.
