A-Spec Installed on my '04 WDP

I finally got around to installing the lip kit today. I stopped on my way home to get a couple photos before the rain. I'm going to try and get my quads welded on Thurs and will hopefully do a real photoshoot soon. Yes... coilovers are going to be my next purchase.

Thanks! I used Rustoleum Graphite wheel paint. I'm very happy with how they came out and the color matches the lip kit pretty well.

I had a set of springs, but decided to do it right and get coils. I just got a new job, which really helped decide to spend the extra money.

Looks like a GREAT finish!

I need to fix my A-Spec's curb rashes so that means I have to repaint mine, too.

Been looking at getting them painted professionally using Nissan's K11 paint.

I had most of the supplies at home and paint cost me $35. These had some pretty bad curb rash, but I didn't want to dish out the money to get them professionally done. I'm happy how they came out for the amount I spent.

I plan on sanding the curb rash and buying putty, and repairing everything myself.

Then when it comes to paint, I have access to a bodyshop that will only charge me for materials.

Thanks!

I'm not going to lie, I love the way your car looks right now. Simple and elegant. Drop it and possibly get the 07-08 Base tails and you'll be money

The stance is actually pretty nice right now. Function > form IMO. If you like driving the TL in a spirited manner, slamming the car may not be the best idea. Just make sure you do your research on coils beforehand and buy what's right for you because some have minimal adjustments or height lowering minimums that may limit your ability to adjust the car to your liking.

Anyway, the car looks great. I'm really glad you got it knocked out, and I apologize for our plans for me to come down there didn't work out. Hopefully if I can make it out Sunday we can shoot the shit a bit at AL park.

I would do the same if I had that connection.

I'm definitely not going to go crazy with it. I like to keep my cars clean and tasteful.

Don't worry about it man, it was a good learning experience with the car and it wasn't that bad at all. I'm still deciding which coils I want to get (HT-Spec type I or II) and if I should do front and rear camber since I put a decent amount of miles on the car and want the tires to last. I still want to keep it practical, so I won't slam it.
