Almost a month passed by, Mounted the rear covers, refinished the head lights, and was able to wash and wax it FINALLY.

I also ordered a new pad and compound for my makita polisher.

Wish I had more to update, but work and locking in a new place has been rough. Trying to get some good photos from a photographer, along with some rolling shots.

These are just some shots I took with my Girls camera (Canon Rebel T1i). I didn't do much to change the settings, I was more worried about the sun going down. I love this spot and will go back to it, but only when the lighting is right.

Not the best pictures but I will play with the camera more and return.

Looking amazing! Love your wheels as I'm a TE guy myself. Now I'm kicking myself for not putting mine on my NBP before I sold them

You can get the depo fogs on eBay which are real close to oem quality for around 200$ for both which is pretty damn good IMO.

Awesome ride!!!

Started a new job (finally) that pays more and I don't have to travel as much. Car has been paid off for months so I've really been enjoying it. However, there is some good news and bad news.

Before:

Recent picture after I washed and waxed it.

Fast forward to a month ago and this.

Hit by a lady backing up in traffic to let some one in on the highway. Sounds strange, right? In bumper to bumper rush hour traffic in a complete down pour she thought it would be "nice" to let some one in, but didn't bother to see how much space there was behind me. That and she backed up like she was auditioning for the fast and the furious.

So after insurance looked at it and cut me a check I did the following:
repaired the fender
New 2008 type s bumper
New 2008 type s honey comb grill
2007 Acura tl grill trim painted satin black
new 2008 Type-S A Spec lip
alignment
all new tires
used head light. Took it apart, cleaned, and repaired it

Now, the carbon block offs don't fit for the fog lights because the spacing between the lip and 08 type s lip is much tighter than the cut 2004 base bumper. So I am deciding on what fog lights to order. Might go with a OEM Depo set or something, not sure. I found a "smoke" set on ebay and kind of like them but not sure. Anyone try those?

Hoping to get pictures once the car is done.

Also forgot to add that the Integra was tuned on the Dyno.

235 whp, 195 torque

Engine:
2008 TSX long block
2009 TSX pistons
Cometic 0.030" head gasket (pistons and head gasket make it a 11.3:1 comp ratio)
K20a2 oil pump conversion
ARP head studs
ACL Race Bearings
K20a-R throttle body
RBC Manifold (RRC and retune in January)
3 inch exhaust
R-crew header

Using OEM parts to stay class legal for Honda Challenge. Building a duplicate of this motor as a back up.

Vids:

Looks good Brent.

Did you apply those volk racing stickers or were they like that when you bought them?

On the white ones mackin sent the wheel with them on. The TL wheels were used but had them on already. So far at our shop all the te's we've got comes stickered up unless they are superlaps, those we have to apply.

Bought Type S pre-cats
Bought replacement engine mounts.

Car is back and looks great, trying to get a chance to clean it up and post some pictures.

Got to, I want a new car but I can't find anything that I like to daily. Everything else I compare just either doesn't perform like I want it to or look as good. I did find a supercharger about an hour and a half.... REALLY Tempted since this thing is paid off.

Also drove a 2010 SH-AWD 6 Speed TL, Black on Black, navi, and 40k miles. Kind of liked it but not in love with the looks. Although, it is growing on me.

Been a while, and I haven't updated.

Got bored the other day so I powder coated the intake manifold cover and the AEM Intake.

Had a nice 50 Degree day so I decided to get the winter crap off the car
Started using chemical guys products and am very pleased.

This is just two passes with their V36 using a yellow cut pad with a DA.
(look at the left versus the right)

So I did the whole car with the following:
V36 with a yellow pad
V38 polish with a white pad
Blacklight with a blue pad
2xM-seal with a random orbital and a microfiber pad
Groits garage best in show wax with an orbital and microfiber pad
The hood

Pass rear door

Very happy with the out come!

Later that weekend I took the car out for a little fun and went to the museum with the girlfriend. (Same museum where my teg was shot for Honda Tuning)

Note: Lowered the front down in these pics since winter is over. Lowered about 1/4" the hole car is about 1/2" from bottomed out on Tein Basics.

Been playing with some stuff at work. Designed this and sent it to the machine shop, about 3 weeks out from having them. I ordered 2, one for the TL and one for the Teg. Will post pics when I get them, here is a screen shot.

Chemical guys has a good deal on the V-Line sample kit, more than enough to do your car a few times. I would suggest that. Also if you have a Harbor freight in your area they have a 6 inch DA for about 60 dollars after taxes. Get those and watch the how to videos that chemical guys has on youtube and you're home free.

The sticker of my old shop. SAGE. Same with the one on the back window.

The turn signal bulbs are amber. I don't remember the P/N of them, but they are a dual filament which illuminate with the lights on and blink when the turn signal is on. Had to use them to pass VA inspection.

Close, it is in Autodesk Inventor. At my job we use auto cad, solid works, and inventor. I like inventor because its more user friendly to me. However, solid works produces much better renderings.
