Semi gloss black Type S Wheels Winter setup
Where is the winter i ask? lol anyways i had to refinish my wheels, they were curbed real bad so i had them powder coated in semi gloss black. Also put on new tires, Bridgestone Blizzak lm-60, OEM splash guards, Drilled/Slotted brake rotors, LED license plate bulbs, LED interior ( changed vanity mirror bulb to LEDS too, took only 5 mins lol ). Comments, suggestions are welcome and to the pics we go..
List of things ill be doing soon
- 19" wheels, cant say the name lol
- Exhaust maybe XLR8
- Amber LED turn Signals
- Reverse LED bulb
- Aspec kit
- Roof spoiler
- Painting brembos in Ibis white or something similar
- Front camber kit

Thanks!!
Thanks..Cost of powder coating depends. Like if you want a custom color it would cost more. If you want the center caps Acura logo painted so they can stick out, it will cost more. I got mine done at Elite Rims, They charge $125 for full refinish with a plain color ( includes mounting tires back on and balancing). I got mine done for $400, but thats because i knew a guy that knew them lol. They did a really good job, even painted the wheel balance weights black lol. Turn around time was super fast too. I dropped them off at 1pm and the next day 9am wheels were ready.

Rhaf, that looks great. I've always wanted new rotors, but I thought the OEM wheels would not let them show enough. But from your first picture, maybe I'll reconsider....

Not sure lol.. I spent about 3k on a set of wheels ( and then needed to spend an additional 1,300 just to get them in driveable shape lol the seller wasn't too honest so i traded them) also got megan coilovers, camber kit, isimple, and this setup now.. i haven't done much because i wanted to pay off my car first thats why. I didn't want to keep paying the interest lol..waste of money in my opinion
They call me the Dark Knight LOL
Thanks!!

Come on up to Upstate NY if you want to get your money's worth out of those tires. We got about 4-5" of white stuff today. Yuck.
