I heard a while back that there was a ridiculously low speed limit for the entire mainland island. Is this true? What is the highest speed limit on the island? I hope for your sake they have eliminated any low speed limits so you have some place to let your TL out.

I went to Oahu 4 years ago. Beautiful scenery and beautiful people. I went to a Crazy Shirts store in Ala Moana mall to buy some stuff for my friends back home. The girl at the counter asked me which island I was from and I said "Dallas, TX" and I got a good giggle out of her. If it wasn't for my parents' anniversary and family outting, I probably would've made her giggle some more that night.

The last pic is very inspiring. I like them a lot!

That "big mountain" in the back of all my shots is a volcano. BTW thanks for the sticky.

Hmmm... I think the highest legal speed limit on the island of Oahu is 60-65. Although, I do let TL out of it's cage to stretch it's legs every once in a while.

I agree, but wish I could still get all of the voice activated features that come with navi-equipped cars. :o

To any one else I missed. Thanks for all of the comments.

In one of the pix of the rear it looks like you only have one tail pipe. Is it just the angle? Also, do you not have a front license plate holder? These pics are niiiiice btw!!!

Nope, no NAVI in Hawaii. We do have aspec TLs here though.

My car is normal and does have two tail pipes. It's just being covered by the safety check plate in that pic. About the front plate, I told the dealership not to install it during PDI. Looks much cleaner that way IMO.

Nice pics. I just came back from there last Friday and really enjoyed the place. I did see about 3 gen TLs there so Hawaii must be keeping up with the mainland in terms of TL population. In particular, I saw a NBP TL at the Al Moana shopping center that made me miss my NBP. I also saw a white TL on Lewer St that looked very clean. Great pics and thanks for sharing.

These cars look worlds better with the underbody spoilers. It's a necessity, IMO.

I'm still undecided about lowering the car. Not sure if I want to sacrifice the ride for looks.

I do have the full versions, though they're not very high-res. These shots were only taken with a 2 megapixel camera. If you want them, PM me with an email address and I'd be happy to send them over your way.

BTW thanks for all the compliments guys. Hope to get new shots at a different location over the next weekend. I wanted to take some sooner, but the car's going in for warranty work today. But to hold you guys over for now...
